Goal:

-Shoulder adduction is a stretching exercise that can help restore shoulder flexibility and relieve pain over time.

Procedure:

-Sit or stand with your back straight.
-Start with your shoulder abducted (Away from your body)
-Draw your shoulder toward your body.







                                 Notes:


-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.
-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.
-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
