Brachial plexus stretch :


- Stay sideways to the wall .
- Place your hand on the wall .
- Spread out your fingers .
- Drop your shoulder back and down .
- The elbow crease faces forward .
- Turn your body outwards away from the wall .
- Hold for 20 seconds .
