Wrist extension



-To increase the strength in your wrists.


-From a standing or sitting position, extend your arm in front of your body with your palm facing the floor.
-While gripping a resistance band of a comfortable thickness, flex the back of your hand towards the ceiling.


-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.
-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.
-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
