Hand exercises

Fingers Flexion

fingers flexion


Goal:


-Help improve muscle strength and joint range of fingers.


Procedure:


-Start your hand exercises by relaxing your hand.
-Start with your fingers straight and close together.
-Bend the end and middle joints of your fingers.
-Keep your wrist and knuckles straight.
-Moving slowly and smoothly, return your hand to the starting position.





                                         Notes:


-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.
-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.
-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
