Do 5 times in each direction.

-Sit up.

-Breathe in deeply.

-Turn head to right as you breathe out.

-Breathe in.

-Turn head back to center as you breathe out.

-Breathe in.

-Turn head to left as you breathe out.

-Breathe in.

-Turn head back to center as you breathe out.
