Waist to Waist


Goal:


 

To help relieving low back pain. To correct lateral shift.


Procedure:


-Stand up and put your hand at waist level.


-Glide your waist to right side then to midline then to left side, back to midline.


-Hold your shoulders still.


 





                                                     Notes


 


-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.

-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.
-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
