Knee to chest with rotation


Goal:


To help relieving low back pain and spondylolisthesis treatment exercise.


Procedure:


- Begin this exercise lying on your back, knees bent, feet flat and together.


-Move your knees towards your chest.


-Then gently take both knees from side to side as far as possible and comfortable without increasing your symptoms.







                                                     Notes



-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.

-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.
-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
