Core pull down
                     



                      Purpose: core stabilization with external upper pulls resistance . (core stabilization progression)

                                                      Mechanism: -lying on your back with both knees bent 

                                                                      -Pulling both arms against theraband downwards with holding abdominals inward                                          

                                                                      -hold abdominals inwards position for 8-10 seconds with repeating arms pulls for 8-10 reps during this hold.

                                                      

                                                     

Notes
 

-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.

-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.

-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
