Chest Stretch on foam roller

Purpose: Helps in decreasing thoracic spine stiffness and offloading muscle tension

Mechanism:-Rest your back on the foam roller with bent knees
                     -Put your hands behind your neck and then slightly raise your hips off with pushing your back down against the roller
                     - keep in this position as much as you tolerate
