Scapular stability exercises

Serratus wall slide
        




  Purpose: 1- serratus anterior activation combining rotator cuff muscles .
                   2- scapular stabilizers activation. 

                            Mechanism: - 90 degrees  bended elbows supported on wall . 

                                                   - sliding forearms on wall upwards and outwards.

                                    

 

                                   

Notes

-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.

-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.

-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
