Latissimus dorsi stretch


Repeat 5 times .
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent and stomach tucked in. Reach your right arm up and over your head to the left side, hold your right arm with your left hand to do more stretch
Let your body lean into the stretch. (If you feel any pain, you’re reaching too far.)
Repeat on the other side.

Notes


 -Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.

-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.
-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
