Iliotibial band stretch

. While lying on bed try to move your leg outside and let your leg down to stretch the iliotibial band
.While standing beside a wall, keep your affected leg close to the wall and the unaffected crossed in front and try to move your waist towards the wall to stretch the iliotibial band
