-To strengthen the middle fibers of the deltoid muscle, that is the muscle around the shoulder joint.


-Stand with your back to the wall and raise your arm parallel to the wall
Till 90 degrees and return back slowly to starting position.     



-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.
-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.
-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
