Forarm supination

Goal: -Forearm supination can be performed freely or with resistance to strengthen the muscles of your forearm. Procedure: -Hold your right arm close to your side with your elbow bent at a 90-degree angle. -Begin with your hand in the palm-down position. -Slowly rotate your forearm so that your palm faces up. Hold a small dumbbell in your hand to make the same movement more challenging.
-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor. |
