Goal: -This motion activates forearm muscles and the associated connective tissue, or ligaments and tendons. Procedure: -Sit down and hold the band with your palms facing your knees and your elbows bent at 90-degree angles against your sides. -Bend your right wrist toward the little finger side of your hand, which pulls the band.
-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor. |
