Goal:

-This motion activates forearm muscles and the associated connective tissue, or ligaments and tendons.

Procedure:

-Sitting with the outside of your forearm on top of a table, extend all five fingers.
-Move your hand in an upward motion without moving your forearm.







                          Notes:


-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.
-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.
-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
