-Sit or stand. -start by looking straight ahead, and tilt the top of your head and try to touch your right ear to your right shoulder. -Use your right hand to gain more range. -Stay there for 30-45 Sec. -You can perform the stretch with your neck rotated to the opposite side. -You should perform repetitions to both the right and left sides.

-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor. -Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 3-5 times. -If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
