Knees to chest Stretch
Double knees to chest :
-The patient position is lying on his/her back while bending both knees .
- Inhale .
-Move your lower extremities up toward your chest.
-Hold this position for 20 seconds and then relax. Repeat 3 times .
Single knee to chest :
-bringing one knee to your chest. Hold this position for 20 seconds.
-inhale again and return
your leg to its original position.
-Continue on to the other leg, completing the stretch 3 times on each leg.
-Focus on pushing your sacrum down into the ground. Allow
your body to relax and into the ground.
