Core exercise
-Pulling both arms against theraband downwards with holding abdominals inward
-hold abdominals inwards position for 8-10 seconds with repeating arms pulls for 8-10 reps during this hold.
Notes
-Do
not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.
-Repetitions
of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50
times.

feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
