Scapular stability exercises
Upright press up
Purpose: activation of
lower fibers of trapezius and lower fibers of serratus anterior .
Mechanism: 1- sitting with
both hands on blocks , arm rests or parallel bars.
2- patient pushes down on
hands and lift down.
Notes
-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.
-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.
-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
