Scapular stability exercises
Prone shoulders row
Purpose: middle fibers of trapezius activation and rhomboids activation.
Mechanism: with lying on your stomach, try to move your arms outwards about 45 degrees and then moving it upwards towards the ceiling.
-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.
-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.
-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
