-To strengthen the anterior of deltoid.(the muscles around the shoulder joint).
-Stand with your back supported against the wall.
-Move your arm forward till 90 degrees (your doctor may ask you to stop here and return to starting position) or, then till 180 degrees then return back slowly to starting position.
-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.
-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.
-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
