-Is to strengthen the lower back muscles.


-The patient is lying on his/her stomach while clasping both hands behind the back. It is preferable to fix the feet at the edge of the treatment table.

- Retract your shoulders first, followed by raising your upper back as much as you can. Try to hold this position for 5 seconds then return to the starting position.


-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.

-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.

-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
